About us...
We who started Bistro Del Oso Grizzly are best friends and buisnesspartners from Sweden.  We have both worked for a long time in service and restaurants both in Sweden and around the world.
We want our bistro to be the place where you can enjoy well-prepared food and selected drinks in a relaxed manner.  A bistro that is just as suitable for inviting the mother-in-law to dinner as it is for a datenights or hanging out on the terrace with friends.
At the Grizzly we try our best to combine flavors of the wild north with the tradition of spain. Our meat and fish is smoked in house, we grind our own burgers and use seasonal fresh ingredients.
